Loop is where your neighborhood comes to shop. We're a local-first commerce platform that connects the people, shops, and creators of a community — so discovering a great local store and buying from it happen in the same place, in a single tap.
Most commerce today is built to send your money somewhere far away. Loop is built to keep it close.
Loop is a product of Proche Inc., a Bay Area company on a simple mission: give local businesses the same modern tools the giants have — without making them give up what makes them local. We believe the shop on the corner deserves to be discovered by the people a few blocks away, and that a neighborhood is strongest when its dollars circulate close to home.
We started Loop because the tools local merchants actually had were never built for them. Social platforms could get you seen but never told you what sold. Storefront tools could take a payment but couldn't bring you a customer. So merchants stitched together a stack of services, paid for all of them, and still couldn't tell what was working. Loop closes that gap.
It's local by design. Loop is geo-location based: shoppers discover stores within a 20-mile radius — the businesses they can actually visit, order from, and get same-day. When a shopper is near a store they've loved or a new one worth discovering, proximity notifications bring them in at the right moment.
Marketing and sales live on one platform. On Loop, a shopper discovers a product, watches it come to life, and buys it — without ever leaving. No handoff, no rebuilt funnel, no customer lost between the ad and the checkout.
More than ecommerce — it's Shoppable Video. Loop's signature is the 4-Way Gallery™: short-form, creator-made videos in an innovative floating gallery that links creator, product, shopper, and neighborhood in one connected view. Local creators and customers — the people who know a brand best — feature the products they love, tag them, and post them straight to the store's page. It's word-of-mouth, made shoppable.
And it's fully measurable. Every sale on Loop is traced back to the exact video, creator, and neighborhood that drove it — 100% attribution. Merchants finally know not just what sold, but why.
Reach isn't the same as results. On Meta and TikTok, a local shop can go viral and still never learn which post actually rang the register — the audience is the whole world rather than your block, and the sale, if it happens, happens somewhere else entirely. Attribution stays a guess. Meanwhile, storefront tools like Shopify and Square handle the checkout beautifully, but they hand you no audience and no discovery — you still have to go buy your own traffic, and none of it is built to be found by the neighbors down the street.
Loop is the one platform that does all of it — local discovery, video marketing, checkout, and true attribution — in a single place. And it's a bargain: one flat fee on the sales we drive, with no monthly fees, no ad budgets, and no separate processing charges. On a typical stack a merchant pays a platform subscription, plus payment processing, plus ad spend that may never convert. Loop replaces that whole stack with a single fee you only pay when you actually sell.
Loop is built so the whole community succeeds together:
